Around us I see
All I do not want to be
Malleable constructs
Seem stronger than thee

Absorbing hate and malice
Life is my poisoned chalice

Terrified hurt and alone
Losing hope
With nothing to spare
Crying nights hoping to care

Tears absorb before ground fell
Evaporating while falling to hell

Pain has all but gone numb
Such is the crimes
