blood on our shores

BP is reading
the Exxon report
delay and deceive
then take it to court

Ice caps are melting
though it’s just a phase
turn up the heat
soak up the rays

911 questions
war rages on
conspiracy theories
answers are gone

Lost in our cell phones
our facebook
our tweet
roses are dead
beneath our soft feet
