Madness

In this world you can only thrive
If you are where you want to be
But at that place how can you arrive
If your thoughts aren't truly free?

For in this dark and lonely place
That we're forced to call Earth
Overpopulated with every shape an race
None of your thoughts have any worth

Tainted culture eats away your mind
As you're spied on by politics mole
Ticking away, is valuable time
As madness takes it toll

For who is there to console you
When your heart is full of dread
If the only people you can trust
Are the voices in your head?
