If it killed him.

Down by the water,
He sits upon the river bank,
Watching the waves splash against his feet,
He throws pebbles creating ripples upon ripples,
The effect mesmerizes him,
He's entranced into the beauty of the river,
Until his eyes meet hers,
Sat across the way, her feet also dipping in the water,
She was nothing like he had ever seen before,
Her eyes shone like rays of sunshine from her face,
More blue than the sky itself that day,
Her blonde hair swept in the breeze,
She looked angelic, his eyes couldn't move from her glance,
He felt the urge to swim up to her and pull her into the water.
But he knew that would be insanity at its best,
He felt heartbroken,
He'd never known the angelic beauty but he really wanted too,
From that day forward he made it his mission to find this woman,
Even If it killed him.
