Man is a tame or civilized animal; never the less, he requires proper instruction and a fortunate nature, and then of all animals he becomes the most divine and most civilized; but if he be insufficiently or ill- educated he is the most savage of earthly creatures. - Plato

Imagine a rock in a square pool set on a white background It is still life stuck in stasis Give it an eternity to exist in this state And you will find the waters rising Like the glory that is your mind An ever yearning from deep inside What is stuck in stasis forever can not bide For the rock and the pool are things real in space And that which is seen has no true face
