From Beyond
The innocence of the paper shines As the poet’s, heart melts to write Wants to tell stories unheard In imaginations, that always dwelt Taps the pen on table thrice Stumbles upon the beginning lines Searches in reams of her mind No words of glory, she can find Drops the pen and stops to think And there she sees a whizzy bird That welcomes her to ride on back To take her to the worlds unknown Above the clouds, into the space She flies along with a gleaming smile Beholds the charm of stellar glints In Etheric ocean, she takes a swim As the Saturn sounds echo on her Colors of words replete her mind And she opens the eyes of her heart To find a painting of cosmic rhyme She smiles in awe as she picks A lovely feather of the mystic bird.
