Draw Me a Smile

KatarzynaKoziorowska
There are no words
that can replace silence.
There are no such feelings
that would fill the void
of your tears.

I wander between
day and night, looking for
your confessions
that will save me from love.

The white flower
of your heart has blossomed
again in my hands,
orphaned glances bend under
the weight of
the forbidden fruit.

Draw me a smile
that I will be happy to hang on
the wall.
Color yellow vain sighs,
kiss a lonely God goodbye.
