they gave the place a name
it is not like they wanted to
like most things known to man
it was born from necessity

what pressed for the need is 
the alternative of being lost
for the sake of practicality
one place differs from another

now it is confused and digital
yet brought to the same light
how many people are there here?
what is the relevance of art?

are those living there savages?
did they get left behind by us?
perhaps we are just a bit fast
close to the present more actual

they are relatively rather posh
they are hip with the rest of us
many of them are found in the city 
their work speaks louder than ours

now is as good as any other time
now is more relevant than before
so it takes precedence in the end
here is almost as good as there
