Where do the aliens go

After the warm summer nights have gone
Where do all the aliens go
Do they go into hibernation
When winter comes
It must be a fact 
That they hate the cold rain
The wind, the hail and the snow
Or is it because they can be seen more clearly
On a bright starlit night
Or is it that they go to Mercury or Venus
For annual holidays that must be it
If they follow them hot planets they will come away with a suntan
Wouldn't it be great if we got abducted by a ufo
The aliens would soon get board with me and my conversations
And how much i rant on and on
They'd soon dump me back on the earth with nowhere warm to go
