World of indifference

09 Oct 2008

hellfire
…and yet we chose
this fragile world of indifference
Orbitting a cancerous moon,
grown weary and old
from the heart’s decay of man
It refuses to surrender,
to yet another false contender
Out of tune at times,
but still sculptured
by the hands of our ancestors
Amused by misguided courts of jesters
Covert the obvious truths but,
beware the consequences,
of yet another batch of toxic choices,
freshly baked in ovens
of hell on earth
For we chose a world
now disengaged…
