I will always love you, as simple as that sounds.

I never realized how much I would miss you,
When I walked out that door, 
I remember your face as your eyes dropped to the floor,
The tears rolling off your cheeks,
As you watched me go. 

Now I can't go a second without you on my mind,
I cant remember the last time I cried,
But tonight I sit here and all I can do is weep,
You were more to me than I ever remembered
Maybe even good enough to keep.

Have I made a mistake,
Because this really is too much to take,
