Take one moment at a time
Wait for life to come
Play a game of waiting
Count down the minutes till our time
We look into our eyes
Green and blue are mixed
Two voices whisper
Hide and seek
To count down time
Together
My turn to hide
I hear his voice
It’s cold and warming
Together
Ten nine eight seven
Numbers go through my mind
I hide alone
Inside a sickening cupboard
Listening to the ticks of time
Tick tock tick tock
And then its
Here he comes to find me.
I see his face
Happiness and concern swells
Logic starts to happen
His brain begins to wonder
I see concern
I see fear
I see he wants me now.
I run through doors
His back to me
And hug the fear away
A tear slips through
I hug him still
And tell him not to fear
It’s just a game
My mind is made
It is you and me
Together
No more game
Let’s live this life
No hide and seek
Will be
For I love you sir
You are stuck with me
From now until forever.
Our time has come
I take him in.
And we live our lives forever.
