Every day you may make progress. Every step may be fruitful. Yet there will stretch out before you an ever-lengthening, ever-ascending, ever-improving path. You know you will never get to the end of the journey. But this, so far from discouraging, only adds to the joy and glory of the climb. - Sir Winston Churchill

Selling Out

10 nominations

I’m selling what I’ve got, I don’t think I want to use it any more, Honesty, strength, integrity and various other character flaws Truthfully not traits one should possess now days, Perversion and backstabbing are the order of the day. A few shining lights in a vast stagnant sea of evil, Slowly going under, one by one. Trying to avoid the reefs and sandbanks Whilst trying to save a million lost souls. A brave captain is not enough, You need a shifty navigator as well To keep your ship safe. I’m selling what I’ve got cos my light is slowly sinking. I’m selling what I got but no one’s buying cos the price is too high.
