Lake Day
Ripples gliding through one another Reflecting blurred green and brown White puffs and streaks partially cover No more sight of what just came down I close my eyes to take it all in Squeaks, chirps, and a small plane Laughter, and counting of a game to begin All paint the picture of the scene unseen The family's gathered in church bells wake Too much food awaits the chatting crowd And a party is returning from a walk by the lake, As I sit where the music's not too loud I reflect on the memories we'll take with us

Mental Journey
I am on a journey of the mind. Contemplating the universe on every scale, and doing a complete introspective exploration. I may never be a literary academic, but I share my humble thoughts in hope that they may inspire others.
