Through the word
of my people’s blood shed
We swear our vow to a free and democratic world
Just to see the nation going code red
State of emergency taking lives few are spared
It’s absurd
How these politics
Got mankind using each other like guinea pigs
To experiment with logistics
Kids orphaned by war, poverty and viruses
Graves occupy spaces we can’t even build houses
I try to picture the future and my spine chills
My wound bleeds through the rivers and down the hills
If it doesn’t heal it sure kills
So I’m bringing medication through rhyming
swallow like pills
The remedy is of rhythm with reason
The fusion
Recurrence of life, poems and realism
My thesis is of a revolutionist
Revisits
old and painful injuries
Sees
The picture of my grandmother on her knees
Praying to god to give us piece
It seems
God is great but this devil has no limits
We still drown from tears of casualties
The pressure is still heavy on my peers
The world blinded by royalties
Living of each other like parasites
Chasing after power day and nights
Abusive mentality forcing fights for rights
While this curse worsens every next light
I seize this opportunity and spick of what’s right
Lets unite
