Crystals From Her Eyes

SICKNESS
Ever since that morning, my tears will never be the same,
They fell from a different place only seen by the rain.
Paper-flowers always filled my heart when She cried,
Pain falling down, like crystals from Her eyes.
Shiny droplets of agony that could not be explained,
Falling from memories and wishes for happier days.
And just as it glistend in the light that touched Her shadowed face,
The realization sparkled; that She'd be the tear, that always fell from my
soul.
Would it be the crimson liquid that filled these pages?
Bringing the sadistic virus to His knees, to beg for absolution.
The way the snowflakes cleansd His obssesion with the unknown,
A fore telling, like the crystals from Her eyes.
They touched Her face, the way She touched His skin; my skin,
Without prejudice; with hatred born out of love.
Holding my sickness in the palm of Her hand,
Then feeding its thirsty lust with a droplet of Hope.
A jagged tour between understanding and acceptance,
Ripping at everything with a merciless truth.
It poured into my soul like an alcoholic sedative,
The light shining through, like crystals from Her eyes.
