4 Haiku and 1 Tonka (1) I go to bed only when the wall-clock requests me with his folded hands (2) soaked in heavy rain lark returns to earth to claim her gift-package (3) can words convey love? why then cuckoo’s call for his mate remain unanswered (4) with the rain comes out ants, centipedes in garden sparrow’s feast-time (5) moved by defendant’s appeal, jury recommends judge grants a bail; no one knows how much money changed hands in the process rajkumar@kolkata 31-07-2010 rajkumar@mukherjee
