a daydream of sorts
my eyes fall shut to see images playing a daydream of sorts. full of scenes i’m surveying, pretending it’s real, knowing it’s not, afraid one day it’ll reveal to be the truth i’ve acted. punished by reality, though I only reacted. don’t even know if i’m controlling the reel as I commit a crime a daydream of sorts a nightmare of choice one of my last resorts is to plead insanity if it decides to take over me. _______________________ I wrote this because of delieh's sugestion to expound on the subject of the poem forced nightmares. I hope I gave the idea what it desurves...
