a hot summers day at work
as the summer day stretches on forever the heat dulls my mind and slows my senses the process of perspiration slowly empties me of my life essence the h2o of my B.O.D.Y seeps through tiny pores in my skin to leave me drained and numb unable to think my mind inverts and i lapse into a dreamy daze only vaguely aware of my surroundings with billions of hours of sunlight left i do not know how long i will last wishing for an end to this heated oppression
