A new day
Though you wish you could smile but you sigh, Though you wish you could merry but you worry, Though you wish for gaiety but you got gloom, And terrible things makes you tremble. Take heart for darkness only through the night last, And the storm tarries but for a while Pain and sorrow do a moment pass, And days of trials are but signs of triumph. Let your heart rejoice, For you shall be restored, And your joy returned. Rehold, the morring star that gives hope, A sign that the day is breaking forth. Darkness shall turn to ligntand night to day. Your spirit shall be refreshed and Your countenance shall its fill get For a new day is dawn.
