A Stone That's ME

My eyes are weary But there's no sleep My heart is heavy But there's no grief I have lot to say But there's no speech There's air around Not enough to breathe I feel surrounded When none's around I feel bounded With no chains to bound Emptiness is all I feel In my heart, in me I feel no change, I feel no fear I don't enjoy nor despair Nothing is responsible for my plight I chose a path, thought was right I seek the truth That life hides Have lost the love Have lost the pride Have lost everything that was mine I hope, I pray To smile with contentment On the day I will die!!
