A thanks to the vagrants Poignant faces, prominent Amidst insensible strangers Who recognise none In decaying hearses Forever a roadside horde With unclean blemished suits And tainted stained paws Intoning gypsy verses Dead and kin continue Romantic eyes lay glances Distorting my tears Such humbling scene coerces Reminded in time, considered Life at present moments Continue resolutely With hope this thanks traverses
