Accept To Move On

·Mental Journey

I have sat and watched As stories unfold Listened intently To tales of woe I've tried to help But been powerless Nothing can happen Until they accept And move on. Life is all about them Their pain is always the worst Their needs should always come first Their thoughts are most important And when things inevitably go wrong, It was always someone else's fault. It may not have been your choice Maybe, it cannot be helped But you were there You were a part of it Some of the blame rests on you. I know this, I have accepted that my failure To comunicate, has led to most Of the problems I face It is not my choice It is the way my mind works The way I was born, But the blame still rests on me, It was my mouth that said the words It was my fingers that hit the keys No one did it for me I see them and feel their pain I want to help them But they are living blind Shrouded by their fragile beliefs How can I get them to see They need to accept To move on

Mental Journey

I am on a journey of the mind. Contemplating the universe on every scale, and doing a complete introspective exploration. I may never be a literary academic, but I share my humble thoughts in hope that they may inspire others.
