Achilles' Heel
Death becomes itself, <Death becomes itself, After having consumed All others, Like a virus. Life betrays itself, After having killed, All that can be Inside us. Achilles understood it all, Scar the world, While alive, With memories of you. It’s all you can do, To never die. Then people say, “This life does not matter, I have God.” I laugh, While I cry. When there’s no heaven, Why should I try? No matter what I do, My genetics fail me. My face and my voice, Will be erased from memories As soon as I leave. So my life is in vain, Write a book, Save a life, It all ends the same.
