ADHD struggle

After 20 years of wild crazy thoughts I went to the doctor for some help of sorts He told me he couldn't help my mental health Cause the government closed the department due to wealth So he suggested I seek it from private myself So I arranged an appointment with private health I got my diagnoses that im adhd so my doctor could prescribe me the drugs that I need So I paid a small fortune for my mental health And returned to my doctor with a letter that spelt This patient is suffering from ADHD And also quite badly from PTSD he needs to have ritalin And CBT to help his mind get better for free So now that I got all the info I needed I went back to my doctor feeling rather defeated But hoping the doctor could help me move forward And help me feel like I'm no longer cornered He told me he's sorry there's nothing he can do As the mental health department is closed to you Cause adults over the age of 16 Can no longer get help with their ADHD I now pay a fee for meds every month That I can't afford out of my monthly fund I wrote to all the groups of politicians To see if they could help improve my position But they all got the same generic letter That there is no money to fund this dilemma So now that the NHS has turned its back And left me alone with no help just debt
