·Vagabond

Afraid The fire burns...I can see it Out here in the darkness I see it- But I can't go near. I can't approach. Although it's there, and others are enjoying the warmth and light, I'm afraid. I want to. Oh so badly I want to join them, Feel the warmth! See the light! But I'm afraid. Oh I know it can feel good...I know I've been near the fire And I've been burned. Badly, so very badly, And I'm afraid It used to warm me .I used to see by it's light And I used to dance around the fire like the others And then, I remember it so clearly- I got burned, And I'm afraid. So I'll sit out here in the darkness, and fear for the others. And I will want to join, but I won't. I've been scarred by the fire, I've been burned, And I'm afraid. So I'll sit here watching Until my heart freezes and I die. I won't be burned, I'm still afraid.

Vagabond

Not much to tell, but I am me...purely, unapologetically me. I value honesty and reality in people, and have no time for followers or pretenders. Each person is unique and valuable in their own way, and to minimize that by attempting to be someone...
