Afraid *revise*

There are things in life that we regret. We wish they had never happened. But we don't realize that sometimes we're afraid of the good things because they lead to a big change. So we hide from reality. We hide from life. We're so afraid of the future, that we aren't living in the present. We're so afraid of heartbreak, that we never learn to love. We never learn to live because we spend all of our lives being afraid.
