This is rather messed up, but anyway... I didn't write this to anger anyone so please don't take offence... People tell me it's not too late That I can still change my fate 'God will save your soul' Or so I have been told 'You don't want to end up rotting in hell' But I see no proof to tell No one's been to heaven and come back Show me solid proof and I'll follow the pack Were the saints really so holy Look at our 'holy' priests today I'm just not one of those sheep Who'll hang onto every word they say And what about God, does hereally exist Has anyone ever seen him Why are they all praying to an invisible man Or do they simply need someone to believe in I watch them dress up in their smartest clothes Andhead offto church each Sunday 'God will forgive all your sins' Well he created sin, didn't he 'God will help you to be a better person' I'm a perfectly good person without his help They don't understand I need something solid I need to see the truth with my own eyes I just don't see why they say he loves us, he doesn't care In this terrible world his love is missing For it simply doesn't seem to bethere
