All for a Dream (Heroes and Heroines)
The streets ran red with blood Like the waters of a river flood Men and women lay where they fell And what had happened to them you could tell Guns blazing, bombs blasting Bullets flying, windows and doors crashing Men shouting, women screaming Babies crying, people running Giving their all for a dream Of shining and glowing under one sunbeam The bravely and courageously fell permanently asleep So that this beloved land their children may keep Driven by a common goal and vision Bound together by a stench belief of equality and non-discrimination They showed a lot of love, care and compassion And exercised great courage and a strong sense of determination Dreams brought them together And they bravely faced the storm weather United, they were able to progress and grow Bound together and beautifully like the bright colours of the rainbow Editorial Details Author : Zux aks Zukisa Bikitsha Date : 14 October 2008 Cell : 078 304 0671 Email : [email protected]
