An ordinary night
why must you come, in moments when breathing crawls, senses stilled, then you with dead eyes, veins empty of living blood, scream at me from the shadows Unforgiving, releasing anger into my dreams, turning slumber into living nightmares I pray you find the vengeance you seek, that I may find peace in the still hours that once held a haven from humanity, but now stretch into hours of fear and despair wrought by your black heart
