APPOINTMENT TO THE AFTERLIFE

15 Oct 2008

·deviant

My knees became weak As I began to keep Every once of courage I can get For my words not to forget Words that perhaps can bring you back Yearning I still have my luck For without you everything is blurry This is the burden I have to carry My world has completely changed For without you this life can’t manage I’m venturing to the dark side But your light is still in my mind In my sight is a desert with no end When you left my heart can’t comprehend Tears of blood began to fall As I wait for your call Just to hear your voice on the other line Cause for me it’s the only thing divine In these eyes of mine the goddess is you I’m just a peasant serving you I didn’t anticipate that you would leave For I have given everything I could give I have made an appointment to the afterlife Taking the chance to be a part of your life
