As we go back

·HUGO

As we try to go back Can we still be happy? Will you be sweet as strawberry? Will you still craft me those honeyed love notes? Will you still laugh to my preposterous jokes? As we try to go back Will you still hold my hand, and Loose ourselves trough streets going nowhere? Will you still be my best friend, and Keep me in your heart somewhere? Will you put forth the sacrifices like you use to? Can you say it wholeheartedly that you love me too? For I’m still keen to sail with you to the moon As we try to go back Will you still put me first, and Wrap me up in your soothing arms like your baby? Will I still be your best, or Can you still be my lady? Can you forgive me all my crimes, and Affectionately kiss me ten times? As we try to go back Will I still mean the world to you? Will the sky remain blue? Are you still longing to be my wife? In those dazzling eyes of yours’ Am I still the most handsome man alive? I will virtuously give you my heart Promise me we will never be apart
