Belonging

·Arwen

Delight trails my every step... I stand on a path surrounded by nature's glory, My heart opens to the sky and Embraces the kaleidoscope of colours... My orchard, this splendor... Pure and Untainted, my little Heaven... Memories, age-old and undiminished Skim through my mind. Childhood dreams...a quaint little cottage, orange and red leaves scattered in the yard, Trees towering up overhead. A gentle breeze kissing the flowers, Carefree...Eternal. Creeping ivy all over the porch. A rocking chair...wind chimes Tinkling merrily. Children's laughter...my heart overflowing And content just hearing them. No hurt or pain can touch this place...ever. Knowing truly that I have some place In this world. That i exist and... That I've created life. Love...timeless. Everlasting.
