Yesterdays will always remind me of what changes I need to make today for a better tomorrow! In life we experience some good and bad times. Some lead to happiness others to sorrow. Regrets can cause inner pain for those who don't knowhow to vent their failures in life. These things we must learn to let go so we don't lose our mind, keep a journal, be a good scribe .
