Between the lines

I thought I wrote a great poem Scrapped so many pages wondering where am I going Tried to send a message hoping someone would relate. maybe hoping someone was out there Unknown, but the same So many emotions took flight It darkened, but brightened up my night. Music, a gift to the ears Driving me to peace Driving me to tears Is loneliness a phase Or is it meant for years.
