Beyond the fourth
Waters rush in to us, Waves that thunder and roll, The divine above us sing. The wind grows strong And shakes the cypress trees Making leaves fall around us. The sun burns brightly and warm Giving life to all it touches As did the gods before it. The earth below accepts us Hugs our flesh and soaks our tears, Soft soil enriched by the immortal. Our love consummated as the fifth, Met in harmony of the wonders That gave life to all. Mortal men no longer understand.
