Beyond This Life
Beyond realities of mundane life, I search to find a dream. No distance too far, no ocean too wide, no effort too extreme in my quest to taste upon my tongue a world much more supreme. Beyond the scope of mere existence, my soul needs to explore the promise of a delicate beauty upon a distant shore that I, with gentle hands, will hold to fleetingly adore. Beyond these years of mortal being within a bleak abyss I wish to rise with lightened spirit to seek momentous bliss and for a while immerse my soul in true contentedness.
