Billet-Doux
In Love we Live as Lovers would. Torn Hearts forgive, as healed hearts should Would you have asked when my heart was torn, I'd have forgiven the past and left it forlorn. Alas, My Lover! It's now three years, too late! My poor heart took cover and its pain is too great But remember this; no matter the case I shall reminisce and remember your face I will adore you as long as I live, More than most lovers would and with time my heart can forgive more than most healed hearts should.
