Bird's Eye View
Birds Eye View She watched as they busied themselves around The unconscious patient, each one of them gowned From her ideal position high overhead She stared at the girl who appeared to be dead Until she was hurled like a lightning bolt Into the scene with a massive jolt Which woke the patient to everyone’s alarm But before they could speak or restore the calm The girl, who had been in mortal danger Stared at the crowd of horrified strangers She spoke in a voice so quietly serene. “I have had the most amazing dream”
