Blessed and Stressed

Blessed and stressed It seems we may be very blessed We live here in the "Old Wild West' No radiation, quakes, or floods No big mistakes, no spilling blood Just light and air with open land Buttes of red and mountains grand The scent of sagebrush in the air pain still comes, from events,"out there" How do I send my breaking heart From here to there...so far apart. I'll send my prayer to God on high; For he can help much more than I. IlaMae (Ike) Stucki (c) 9/21/11

I am a Registered Nurse.. I have loved writing for as far back as I can remember. My first writing was experienced by drawing as a child. In 7th grade I wrote a poem about Abraham Lincoln that won an award and was read on the radio in Salt Lake City....
