Blue eyes
Iceblue eyes - distant and cold with no seeming warmth to enfold angry blue flashes to frighten and sear lest the foolish venture too near In swirling depths of madness snake-like fear writhes and coils. Forever locked, this secret sadness: a perpetual Pandora's box that foils. Hidden evil grins with glee, the ultimate truth gradually set free: hate triumphs, forgiveness retreats, compassion and love taking backseats. Pale blue eyes - cruel and unfeeling; a cold fire: licking flames of despair torching, searing, incinerating... forever preventing intrusion and care. And yet... smouldering somewhere in this ceaseless raging, hope and joy tentatively dare - their message clear and unfailing: love may have been beaten in this first round, but the trumpets that signal the end have yet to sound.

"Remember that all things which happen To you are raw materials Endlessly fertile Endlessly yielding of thoughts that could change Your life and go on doing forever... So fear not, my friend The darkness is gentler than you think."
