Blue night sunshine
Old grey houses, a fling of sun, Tired breathe and my eyes blood lined, When one crack in the universe followed another, And the ground beneath my feet vanished, There seemed nothing and no one left for me, But the doggerel haunted footsteps of dead memories, In my psychotic blue night sunshine, I would Wake up and not remember who I was, Into cool, glasses of red wine, and the dreams of something, In the darkest, bleakest time in my life, I finally realized I had a strength in me That could not be broken.
