Brown Bread - a fib poem

Hey guys and gals! – This 'fib' poem thing is truly not as difficult as the explanation makes it appear, Here are the ‘guts’ of the matter. As long as everyone understands what a syllable is, (I think of it as a beat when spoken aloud) it is easy. I count the beats on my fingers. A fib poem is one which has a set number of syllables-per-line count as follows: Line one has 1- syllable = Brown Line two has 1- syllable = Bread Line three has 2- syllables = Can make Line four has 3- syllables = You bloat-ed Line five has 5- syllables = And fill up your guts Line six has 8- syllables = With em -barr -ass- ing wind and smells. If you want to continue – you can then reverse the order. See second verse - Brown Bread Can make You bloated And fill up your guts with embarrassing wind and smells. - - Bi -car-bon-ate of soda is Quick and cheap to use. Brings up gas A-las Big Burps Poppy
