Burning Away
Night steals in softly stinging so deep. Eyes pierced by bitter wind shivering dry and lifeless leaves, whirl swiftly ascend to the heavens. Drawn up on the breath of angels, gathered close ground to powder whisperedreturn to vapid skies Dying while the warmth of the sun lost this very day touches goodbye You cannot follow once it’s gone
