She smiles at me so beautifully Blue eyes sparkling by the moon I've been waiting for this for my whole life She came not a moment too soon We dance underneath a summer night's stars As her voice caresses my ears With sweet nothings that mean everything I thank God that I'm finally here We swim in the stream beyond the trees As our movements ripple the sky Reflected off of the cool water And I finally feel complete inside As I lay in bed, eyes closed with a smile Yet to awaken to the truth As the wonderful dreams run through my head Before I awaken here without you
