Can't Breathe

23 May 2009

·Missy

Air eludes me I can no longer breathe You take my breath away My throat is closed My heart is fluttering in my chest Again, I am lost without purpose Without direction Without you Come to me and let me breath again My lungs are screaming out at me Begging me to breathe But I can't breathe Because you're nearby Your breath tickles my ear As you lean over to whisper hello Do you know how radiantly beautiful you are? Then I'm walking on air Air that I cannot feel Air that I cannot breathe I am numb To everything but you You and you're gorgeous smile Say you love me And let me breathe again Please, don't make me hold my breath for you
