Catherine Jones

·TheNightShift

Catherine Jones was seventeen She looked just like a beauty queen Her loving heart was filled with joy When she found her handsome boy Cathy did not tell her mother Or her father or her brother They wouldn’t see her point of view They’d say ‘He’s not the one for you’ Catherine found she was with child The boy said nothing, simply smiled And then as Cathy Jones had feared He packed his bags and disappeared Now things were looking very bad Her parents would be hopping mad The time to tell was drawing close When Cathy took an overdose Alone up in her room she cried Then Cathy Jones curled up and died She looked just like a beauty queen Catherine Jones was seventeen
