Changes to comfort zones

It's all about perception isn't it at first the big eyed wondering the intimidating stare and then finally the realistion all is not what it seemed to be i sit and i wonder what went wrong what happened or did it go wrong after all maybe our perceptions and our needs differ from the reality of our lives hard to comprehend when all seems to be as it was and then the fright the scare days later the realisation it's okay this is our life we would choose it if we could not sleeping well but knowing deep down all is at peace all is as it should be i am one with myself
