Chipoetry - "Ode to Chipotle"

I dine with those who savor zesty fare And build burritos with the goal in mind To eat what often others cannot bear As food and fire mingle and unwind The flour wrap is laid with extra rice, Its bed to hold the chicken and the steak Combined in halves to flavor and entice My mouth before the salsa makes it ache And in that mix of medium and hot, A single scoop of corn will find its place Beneath the melting cheese a handful caught And spread across this masterpiece with grace Served best with chips and guac, or if preferred Tabasco on the side to be absurd
