Christmas 2020 #2

I don't want to be a killjoy- not a bitter Scrooge. So once again I' ll send my Holiday greetings - the same as I do each year, though my list of recipients - of family and friends grows shorter... Still, I post some seasonal cheer, sidestep 2020's sorrow still hope and plan... But the glitter is less and I don't care about gifts just worry for loved ones in Juarez- and remaining healthy myself. I've abandoned the material the annual shopping frenzy- wondering have I reached an enlightenment of sorts the Buddhist's freedom from desire- but no, I'll ever desire kindness and peace.
